COR – the final project of the Master (ELISAVA). Protagonist of the space, its heart, its nucleus – it is the constructive element of a red piece, made up of a staircase inside a cylinder, and three bars attached to it on each of three floors, each with its specific function by zones – Tapas , Cocktail bar and Restaurant. This element conveys the general idea of the project that reflects the personality and way of working of the chef Carles Abellan, it reflects his personality that he brings into his work, which he does with all his passion. The true love, passion and soul, that at the end has every dish . In addition to the entire project, it is located in Paseo de Gracia – the historic heart of Barcelona.
